The president said that not only hardened criminals can be exiled. What is more, this can sometimes be families that try to earn their living, students, or even ordinary people with their best intentions. On the one hand, this is the right measure, for it will lead to a considerable shortening of black market labour, which, in its turn, means that money for the state budget shall be raised by means of new tax receipts. It also means that the level of unemployment among aboriginal American population shall decrease. The quantity of criminals exiled from the USA increased by 70%. In other words, mister Obama made it clear that his administration is not a gathering of low-spirit liberals and is not going to be soft with law breakers.
